The gym at the Club is an excellent place to focus on your fitness, strength, balance and agility. Our large gym is fully equipped with a range of cardio and resistance machines as well as free-standing equipment enabling our members the opportunity to improve their health and fitness. Our Staff are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional and offer hands-on advice and recommendations, as well as personal training programmes to assist your fitness goals and journey.



Our Fitness Studio offers a range of classes from high intensity to mind and body, and everything in between. Our professional instructors specialize in various disciplines of fitness, including Zumba, Yoga, HIIT, Pilates, and Aerobics. The classes take place in one of our two air-conditioned studios, so whatever the temperature outside you are always training in a comfortable environment.
